You know what I thought about a long time ago and am just finally getting around to writing about?

Vending Machines. Yeah. Bet the title didn’t give that away.

Vending machines are pretty ordinary, but they can be amazing. For instance, imagine a vending machine that dispenses vending machines.

I’ll give you a minute to collect yourself after your head explodes.

Okay now that you’re back, let’s look at this. That would be awesome!!! But now would you need a vending machine around one hundred times the size of a regular vending machine? Would it dispense full size vending machines, or miniature ones? How would you refill them?

Now imagine if you had a recursive vending machine. A regular vending machine that dispensed vending machines, which dispensed vending machines, which dispensed vending machines, which….oh you get it.

Man this has kept me up at night before, but it’s going to do it again tonight.

Seriously, this is a note to self…I am actually going to blog this stuff. Hopefully over the course of 100 days! We’ll see what happens. I have a couple other things to whine about too though.

Ack! I need to read! I need to accomplish things!

I’m getting around to it. I meant to read about 14 chapters between 5 books on the weekend. I did one. I need to get on that.

I got some other things accomplished though. I spent a bunch of money at PJ’s and got all the stuff I need for my new additions to the family at the end of the month. My sister is coming to visit and we are going to the reptile show at the end of the month. I am shopping for a bearded dragon and a boa constrictor to add to the corn and ball python. Apparently these beardies eat around 20-60 crickets a day plus veggies when they are young. I’m going have more feeder animals in my house than pets. Super!

Also, the roommate and I went shopping and bought a deep freeze. It’s handy thus far.

The point of all this is that I’ve done virtually nothing relating to school yet. I did do my CMPUT 301 assignment 1 which is due…about 3 minutes ago…so that’s good. I need to get on the ball and read though. My TODO list in tracks is pretty epic.

Hopefully this week I’ll get some things done, as my weekend is pretty jam packed.

I could go further but nobody likes reading ‘dear diary’ entries on blogs, so I’ll stop. More whining later. Possibly useful information.
