Crappy weekend

March 28th 2007 04:34 pm

Well I didn’t get nearly as much done on the weekend as I wanted to. Was just kind of bummed out all weekend and didn’t feel like doing much of anything. I tried playing around with the PARUS stuff but I couldn’t get subversion compiled on the ParallelKnoppix setup (why it wasn’t installed is beyond me…also vi and emacs were missing…sigh) and it didn’t even occur to me to use one of my other computers to get the repo. I have my moments.

Regardless, the weekend came and gone. Played Supreme Commander with my roommate and decided that my computer can’t handle 20km x 20km maps with 6 AI players. Just too much stuff going on. Also picked up Armored Core 4 and GRAW 2 for the Xbox 360. Played GRAW 2 and it’s fun times. I enjoy it. Haven’t touched AC4 yet but it’s promising. Now just waiting for CnC 3 and I’ll be set. w00t!
